Evntwall helps you to notify family and friends of the death of a loved one and keeps them informed as memorial and funeral arrangements are finalised. Not only does it share information about funeral services, but also displays the obituary, funeral program, photos, video tributes, live-stream and more.
When friends and family visit the evntwall page, they will be able to post condolence messages, send flowers and even make financial contributions directly to the family's nominated bank account.E

When your loved one passes

Evntwall helps you to notify family and friends of the death of a loved one. At this point, while everyone comes to terms with the loss and begin to plan the way forward, people will be able to visit the evntwall (a central online platform) where people will be able to:

1. Post condolence messages
2. Upload photos they have of with the deceased
3. Post tributes of their journey with the deceased
4. Get bank account details for those who wish to make donations
5. Get address details for those who wish to send flowers

As arrangements are made

As memorial and funeral service arrangements are finalised, it can be posted on the evntwall. For those who do not know how to get there, the google maps link can be added as well.

Since most funerals attendance is not by invitation, you can activate the RSVP function that will requires people to confirm their attendance and this will help you gauge how big the turn up with be and how many to cater for.

During the funeral

For those who cannot attend the funeral in person, evntwall offers a way fir you to witness the proceedings online. Evntwall can therefore share or display the livestream link (from Facebook or Youtube) together with the pdf version of the funeral program for people to view directly on the evntwall.

Those attending in person can also benefit from the google maps integration that can guide them to the exact venue of the church, cemetery or after tears.

After the funeral

When everyone goes home, your loved one's evntwall now becomes a digital wall of remembrance, that you can visit from time to time to read the various messages that have been posted and the photos uploaded by family and friends - keeping their legacy alive.
